Warranty
We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it occasionally happens that an order is damaged during transport or that something else occurs that entitles you to warranty claims. Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within a period of two years from the delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law.
If you discover or should have discovered a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable period of time. A reasonable period of time is at least two months. Under certain circumstances, a longer period than two months may also be acceptable.
If you contact us in a timely manner, we will provide an appropriate solution.
Complaints
It can always happen that things don't go exactly as planned. We recommend that you first make your complaints known to us by emailing support@online-otaku.nl or by submitting a ticket through the contact form for registered users. The fastest way to reach a solution is through the contact form. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur. Since February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU also have the option to submit complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint has not yet been addressed elsewhere, you are free to submit your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
