Kozuki Oden was the daimyo of Kuri in Wano Country, the son of the former Shogun of Wano Country Kozuki Sukiyaki, the husband of Kozuki Toki, and the father of Kozuki Momonosuke and Kozuki Hiyori. He was the 2nd division commander of Whitebeard pirates and also a member of the Roger Pirates on they journey to find Laugh Tale.

He was a man of huge stature with great physical strength and was exceptionally proficient with his two sword style, Oden Nittoryu, making use of his two Ō-Wazamono Enma and Ame no Habakiri. He was skilled at using all three kinds of Haki and also possessed the Voice of All Things.
